Case of full arch restoration using maxillary full arch implants and mandibular partial dentures

For this patient in their 80s, different restoration methods were planned for the maxilla and mandible, considering the scope of surgery and post-treatment management. 
For the maxilla, implants were placed in anterior and posterior sections, and the final prostheses were fabricated in separate sections for the anterior teeth and bilateral molars.

Case of maxillary tooth loss, insufficient residual bone, and digital full arch implants with sinus lift surgery

A male patient in his 50s visited with complaints of loose front teeth and tooth loss. 
Most of his maxillary teeth were lost, making eating difficult, and the residual bone in the maxillary molar area was particularly insufficient, measuring about 1mm.
